As a rule we charge a flat fee of $10.00 for engraving our products. If you reorder you wont be charged the engraving fee because we already have it on file. If for some reason we have not addressed that in one of our listings please contact us and we will change that. If you have already ordered and been overcharged, we will refund your cost of engraving.

Whenever we have to add a new image or graphic to our files it requires time to set up and sometimes make templates to accomodate the item. For instance, our pens require a a little more attention because of size variances in names. Some lettering doesn't work well in extra small text and that is why we have 3 unique fonts that we are confident will come out clean and visible. 

On occasion we run sales and waive our engraving fees. However, based on time, intricacies, size, or type of engrave it is, a charge may be applied if an additional engrave is requested for the same product. In the event we are offering one free engrave per product and you order more than one product, we will honor that as part of our deal. 

Sets, such as pens are based on the cost of one engrave (for all) unless otherwise specified. To order multiple engravings, a listing has been provided and you can change your engrave up based on the quantity ordered. e.g.: 3 pen sets equals 3 engraves. If for some reason you cannot find an option for additional engraves please contact us and we will come up with a plan for you. 

We try to keep our engrave prices as low as possible because it is one of the few ways we can control costs to our customers while not losing money. in most instances you will find our engrave prices much lower than others and we are happy to do it. Some engraves are more time consuming and some are less and we look at it as a wash for us and it keeps our customers happy and coming back to us. 

FAQ

The engraving form is located at the bottom of the product page by the add to cart button. You may have additional questions but this will get the ball rolling and all questions will be answered. 

Most of the time our engraving form will work adequately for engraving names, dates, or other words without much question. We still may want to contact you to confirm something, so it is important to leave good contact information.

Why is there no engrave form on some products? Some things we make may not offer engraving because they are already engraved and there isn't enough room for more or we think the item isn't well suited for engraving. That said, it never hurts to ask. We also may have missed it in our effort to get it listed.

Can I use my own image? If you have a special engrave in mind and you already have a really good image, you can upload that and give us any details in the form below the upload (please read information below about copyright and infringement before uploading anything).

How does the engraving process work?  After the initial request is made, we check to see what questions we might have or you might have. Sometimes we may need to suggest changes for one reason or another and will always contact you before we start designing anything. We make absolutely certain the changes are okay with you before we start on a design. Occasionally there may be some phone tag due to timezones but we will try to work around that as best we can. 

After we have worked out all the details of your engrave with you, we will design a proof, to give you a visual of what your engrave will look like. It will be a simple, one dimensional graphic in the shape of the product you have chosen with actual fonts and/or graphics in the specific location. This is the point where you will need to approve it or ask for something to be changed. Once you have given us your final approval of the proof, we will start working on your actual engraving. We always make certain you are happy before starting on any engrave.

I'm worried there might be something I wont like about it. Even if your engrave is the most basic and fits into every avenue of our engraving form without any questions or concerns, we will send a proof. WE ALWAYS SEND A PROOF. Communication is key to a happy outcome. We leave nothing to chance and and no stone unturned. We don't start your engraving until we have all the details ironed out. 

How long will the engraving process take? Generally the process to confirm your final design is about 3 days, give or take a day, depending on the depth & design of the project. It also depends on how easy it is to get in touch with you. As a rule, texting has worked out well for for the communication process but the most import aspect are the visuals you will receive. After the final design is approved. Engraving will usually happen within 24 hours. We keep you in the loop through the entire process right up to the point it is ready to ship.

Things we cant engrave: Images that belong to someone else. (for example pro or college football leagues or any other logo). Other people's artwork or images. Things you have taken from the internet that do not specifically say royalty free. If it doesn't say that, we cant do it. Thank you ahead of time for not asking us to. If you want to send me an image of an idea and ask me to create something similar, I am more than happy to. It is the best way to make your vision happen without infringing on anyone else's work. 

We can engrave: A big S in a sport font.  A big M in a sport font or whatever letter you would like. We have the ability to engrave things like "Go Green Go White". We can even use the word State or Spartans but we can't address a team specifically without risk of ingringmeent which could make us liable to a lawsuit. Thank you for your understanding. 

We cannot engrave on anything that isn't flat or almost flat. We can get away with cylinder shaped things as long as the laser head is a consistent length away from the entire area to be engraved.

We only engrave products you have purchased from us. Our business is online so it isn't practical for most people to have something they already have engraved through us.
