The Grandma Plate in Spalted Maple

It's difficult to appreciate the unique look of spalted maple without seeing it first hand. The textural beauty is somewhat deceiving to the eye because it is still finished to the same smooth surface of all our boards. Its natural look is an artful expression of nature and this board is not exception.

For an additional $2.00 the Grandma plate can also be mounted on the wall as a decor piece, while still functioning as a cookie plate on the engraved side. We use a keyhole design that will allow the plate to lay flat on a surface when in use.
