This cutting board can be used on both sides but it's necessary to create airflow after sanitizing it (by propping or leaning it upward against a while) Rubber feet are an alternative option to this at no extra charge. 

Anti-slip feet help create air flow between your board and the counter as well as preventing movement while working. We provide and install them at no extra charge.  By adding feet to the board you do forfeit an extra cutting side, but gain a built-in airflow that ensures your board is not absorbing moisture. It also is an attractive look that many people prefer.
