Although there's nothing structurally wrong with this charcuterie board, it doesn't meet our standards in appearance. It has a couple dark lines which are sometimes just unavoidable. Over time, the nature of cherry will probably will probably make them completely noticeable. At this moment they are still noticeable and although there isn't anything physically wrong with this board, we would never want to disappoint a customers. This board will still stand the test of time and make a great charcuteri12 inch diameter cherry hardwood charcuterie paddle steals the show blending form and functionality. The outside edge is conveniently raised to keep things in place and the handle offers a secure grip for transporting your arrangements. There's a hole in the handle to make it easy to use it for decor when not in use. Crafted from with side grain construction (to give it yet another layer of durability), it feels quite substantial the way cherry often does.

Our boards go through a two stage sealing process with food safe mineral oil and then a blend of food safe mineral oil & beeswax .
