Easy Peel Boiled Eggs in a Pressure Cooker
By Michele Parkinson

This method works every time and makes beautiful eggs, no matter what you are using them for.
Ingredients
12 Eggs
1.5 Cups of water

INSTRUCTIONS
- Add water to pressure cooker pot.
- Place a trivet in the pot and arrange the eggs on it so that they sit vertically.
- Lock the lid and follow your pressure cooker instructions for sealing properly.
- Manually select high pressure, and set the timer for 5 minutes.
- When pressure cooker has fully pressurized and cooked for 5 minutes let cooker depressurized naturally for 5 minutes. I usually unplug and set a timer.
- Finish releasing any pressure that might be left by following your cooker's instructions.
- Remove the eggs and transfer them into the ice bath immediately for 5 minutes.
Eggs will be ready for whatever you need them for.
