Spiced Chicken Rub for Smoking, Grilling, and Sautéing
By Michele Parkinson
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 tablespoons dried Italian herb blend
- 4 teaspoons garlic powder
- 4 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoon dry ground mustard
- 2 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Blend all ingredients together and use as needed for any recipe that calls for dry rub.
